- Phase 2 - Assessment & Selection (5%): Interview logistics, candidates and interviewer briefing, full candidate management and continued sourcing until the role is filled. Goal: accepted offer within 60 days. If not, we keep going at our cost until the hire's done.
- Phase 3 - Securing & Onboarding the Candidate (15%): Offer design, negotiation and delivery, pre-boarding, resignation and counter-offer coaching and 6 month post-hire health checks. Fee only payable once your offer has been accepted.
