We specialise in key executive hires for drug discovery and development companies. Our simple promise:
An accepted offer within 90 days.
Your new leader on-site and onboarded with no drama.
If we miss a milestone, we keep working at our cost until it's delivered.
You risk just 5% of the expected salary. We stake the rest on delivering the right talent.
Your total fee is 25% of first-year salary, structured around outcomes:
- Phase 1 - Sourcing & Shortlist Sprint (5%): Defining the role, market mapping, unlimited sourcing & screening, Hiring Edge salary and competitor insights and a custom hiring toolkit. Goal: a detailed Shortlist containing at least 3 hireable candidates delivered within 45 days. If we miss this deadline, we continue at our cost until that shortlist is delivered.
- Phase 2 - Assessment & Selection (5%): Interview logistics, candidates and interviewer briefing, full candidate management and continued sourcing until the role is filled. Goal: accepted offer within 90 days. If not, we keep going at our cost until the hire's done.
- Phase 3 - Securing & Onboarding the Candidate (15%): Offer design, negotiation and delivery, pre-boarding, resignation and counter-offer coaching and 6 month post-hire health checks. Fee only payable once your offer has been accepted.
